Day by Day
Your desert journey begins with an early departure from Marrakech. Drive across the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, enjoying panoramic views and Berber villages. Visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featured in many Hollywood films. Continue to Ouarzazate and the scenic Dades Valley where you’ll spend the night in a traditional hotel.
After breakfast, travel toward the Sahara Desert. Stop at the dramatic Todra Gorge, a favorite for photographers and climbers. Arrive in Merzouga where your camel caravan awaits. Ride across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi at sunset and reach your luxury desert camp. Enjoy traditional dinner, Berber music, and a magical night under the stars.
Wake up early to witness a breathtaking Sahara sunrise. After breakfast, ride camels back to Merzouga and begin the return journey to Marrakech, passing through desert landscapes, palm groves, and traditional Berber villages. Arrival in Marrakech in the evening.
