Last updated: April 2026 · Applies to all Morocco Way bookings
A contract exists between you ("the client") and Morocco Way ("we", "us") once Morocco Way has sent written confirmation of your booking and received at least the deposit payment described in Section 2.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. By booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Please check your confirmation carefully. Any errors should be reported to us immediately — corrections made later may incur charges.
If you book on behalf of other travellers in your party, you are the designated contact and accept these terms on their behalf. You are responsible for ensuring everyone in your party is aware of and agrees to these terms.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. Until this deposit is received, your chosen dates are not secured and may be allocated to another booking.
Deposit payment can be made by Wise transfer, PayPal, or bank transfer. Details are provided in your booking confirmation email.
The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 14 days before your tour departure date. If full payment is not received by this date, Morocco Way reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and the deposit will be retained.
For bookings made within 14 days of departure, the full tour price is due at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) per person unless otherwise stated. Prices include all inclusions described in your tour itinerary. Prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, or items marked as optional or excluded.
Morocco Way reserves the right to adjust prices prior to confirmation in the event of significant currency fluctuations or exceptional changes in supplier costs. Once your deposit is received and booking is confirmed in writing, your price is locked.
You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us in writing (email to travelonmoroccoway@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +212 628 848 511). Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your written notice.
The following cancellation fees apply:
| Notice given before departure | Result |
|---|---|
| 14 days or more | Full refund of all payments — free cancellation |
| 8 to 13 days | Deposit non-refundable; balance fully refunded |
| 5 to 7 days | 50% of total tour price charged; 50% refunded |
| Under 5 days or no-show | 100% of total tour price — no refund |
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
Morocco Way guarantees that a confirmed tour will depart as booked, except in cases of Force Majeure (see Section 10) or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum required number of participants is not reached for group experiences, though all Morocco Way tours are private and this clause applies primarily to scheduled shared excursions.
If Morocco Way cancels your tour for reasons within our control:
Morocco Way will not be liable for costs incurred for flights, accommodation outside the tour, visas, travel insurance, or any other expenses you have arranged independently in connection with your tour.
We understand that plans change. You may request changes to your confirmed booking (dates, destinations, number of travellers) by contacting us directly. We will do our best to accommodate requests, subject to availability and supplier terms. Changes may result in a price adjustment.
Occasionally circumstances beyond our control — weather, road closures, supplier issues, local events — require us to modify an itinerary. Where this happens, Morocco Way will:
Minor itinerary adjustments (changes to the order of activities, alternative routes, substitution of equivalent accommodation) do not entitle the client to cancellation or refund.
Any dietary requirements, accessibility needs, health conditions, or other special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. Morocco Way will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all requests, but cannot guarantee that every requirement can be met given the nature of some destinations and suppliers.
Special requests that require additional services or upgrades may result in a price supplement, which will be communicated to you before confirmation.
Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Our minimum recommended age for most tours is 8 years; specific tours may have different requirements noted in the tour description.
Morocco Way strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travel. Your policy should include cover for:
Travel insurance is not included in the cost of any Morocco Way tour. Morocco Way is not liable for any costs or losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
Morocco Way accepts responsibility for the proper performance of all services we have contracted to provide. If any part of your tour is not provided as described, we will take appropriate steps to remedy the situation at no additional cost to you, or provide a proportional refund where remediation is not possible.
Morocco Way is not liable for:
Our maximum liability to any client shall not exceed the total price paid for the tour in question.
Morocco Way expects all clients to behave respectfully towards our guides, suppliers, local communities, and fellow travellers. We ask that clients:
Morocco Way reserves the right to exclude any client from a tour if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other clients, guides, or local communities. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure refers to events beyond Morocco Way's reasonable control that could not have been anticipated or prevented, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government travel restrictions, strikes, or other extraordinary events.
In the event of Force Majeure, Morocco Way will not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to your tour beyond what is recoverable from suppliers. We will endeavour to find the best possible solution and apply any refunds we are able to recover from suppliers.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from a Morocco Way booking shall first be referred to Morocco Way for resolution by good faith negotiation.
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence regarding package travel and alternative dispute resolution. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
